现有的高压信号引出装置可靠性较差的原因是密封性差和零部件互换性差。为提高其可靠性,文中设计了一种新型高压信号引出装置,并对其密封塞进行了可靠性实验,同时对新设计的高压信号引出装置进行了高压密封性实验和电绝缘性能实验。实验结果表明,新型高压信号引出装置的密封性能和电绝缘性能良好。得到的结论是:该设计能有效地解决高压信号引出装置的密封性问题,提高产品可靠性。

The reliability of current device for high-pressure chamber signal output is poor, for its weak tightness and unsatisfactory components interchange. To enhancing the reliability, a new device for high-pressure chamber signal output is designed, and the reliability of sealing plug is tested. A series of reliability tests are conducted on the newly designed device for high-pressure chamber signal output, including high-pressure tightness test and electricity insulation performance test. The test results show that the new design can effectively solve the problem of poor tightness and improve the reliability of the product.
