目的观察丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液用于小儿短小手术对血流动力学、听觉诱发电位指数(auditory evoked poten-tial index,AAI)及注射痛的影响。方法我院2011年10月-2012年10月3~6岁择期行短小手术患儿50例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为中/长链丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(MCT/LCT组,n=25)和丙泊酚静脉麻醉组(LCT组,n=25)。观察患儿麻醉前、麻醉后1 min、麻醉后5 min及苏醒后血流动力学、AAI数值,引起注射痛情况。结果两组患儿各时点血流动力学、AAI数值无统计学差异(P>0.05),MCT/LCT组FLACC评分为3.04±1.50,LCT组为4.4±1.64,两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳与丙泊酚具有相同的麻醉效果,但丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳引起的注射痛较轻。

목적관찰병박분중/장련지방유주사액용우소인단소수술대혈류동역학、은각유발전위지수(auditory evoked poten-tial index,AAI)급주사통적영향。방법아원2011년10월-2012년10월3~6세택기행단소수술환인50례,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ급,수궤분위중/장련병박분정맥마취조(MCT/LCT조,n=25)화병박분정맥마취조(LCT조,n=25)。관찰환인마취전、마취후1 min、마취후5 min급소성후혈류동역학、AAI수치,인기주사통정황。결과량조환인각시점혈류동역학、AAI수치무통계학차이(P>0.05),MCT/LCT조FLACC평분위3.04±1.50,LCT조위4.4±1.64,량조상비유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론병박분중/장련지방유여병박분구유상동적마취효과,단병박분중/장련지방유인기적주사통교경。
Objective To observe the effect of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion on hemodynamics, auditory evoked potential index and injection pain in small and short-time pediatric operation. Methods Fifty ASAⅠ-Ⅱpediatric patients at the age of 3-6 years, admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 for small and short-time operation, were randomly divided into propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion (MCT/LCT) anesthesia group (n=25)and propofol long chain fat emulsion (LCT) anesthesia group (n=25). Their hemodynamics, auditory evoked potential index and injection pain were observed before anesthesia, 1 and 5 min after anesthesia and after awake, respectively. Results No significant difference was found in hemodynamics, auditory evoked potential index and injection pain between the two groups (P>0.05). The average score on the modified faces, legs, activity, cry and consolability (FLACC) scale was higher in LCT anesthesia group than in MCT/LCT anesthesia group (4.4±1.64 vs 3.04±1.50, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion is similar to that of propofol, but the propofol medium injection pain of propofol medium and long chain fat emulsion is milder than that of propofol.
