目的探讨孕妇血脂、白蛋白及血糖水平的变化对胎儿出生体重的影响。方法选择我院常规产检并于2012年1-4月住院分娩的孕妇200例(排除妊娠合并症和并发症),分别于孕早期(孕10~12周)、孕晚期(36~37周)检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、白蛋白(ALB)和空腹血糖(FBG)水平,分娩后记录胎儿出生体重,分析其与胎儿出生体重的相关性。结果孕晚期血清TG、TC、LDL和HDL水平均高于孕早期水平(P<0.001),孕晚期血清ALB水平低于孕早期水平(P<0.001),孕期血清TG、孕早期血清TC、LDL及孕晚期血清FBG水平与胎儿出生体重均呈正相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论孕期血脂水平呈逐渐增高的趋势,孕期TG、孕早期TC和LDL及孕晚期FBG水平与胎儿出生体重呈正相关。
目的探討孕婦血脂、白蛋白及血糖水平的變化對胎兒齣生體重的影響。方法選擇我院常規產檢併于2012年1-4月住院分娩的孕婦200例(排除妊娠閤併癥和併髮癥),分彆于孕早期(孕10~12週)、孕晚期(36~37週)檢測血清甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL)、白蛋白(ALB)和空腹血糖(FBG)水平,分娩後記錄胎兒齣生體重,分析其與胎兒齣生體重的相關性。結果孕晚期血清TG、TC、LDL和HDL水平均高于孕早期水平(P<0.001),孕晚期血清ALB水平低于孕早期水平(P<0.001),孕期血清TG、孕早期血清TC、LDL及孕晚期血清FBG水平與胎兒齣生體重均呈正相關性(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。結論孕期血脂水平呈逐漸增高的趨勢,孕期TG、孕早期TC和LDL及孕晚期FBG水平與胎兒齣生體重呈正相關。
목적탐토잉부혈지、백단백급혈당수평적변화대태인출생체중적영향。방법선택아원상규산검병우2012년1-4월주원분면적잉부200례(배제임신합병증화병발증),분별우잉조기(잉10~12주)、잉만기(36~37주)검측혈청감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL)、백단백(ALB)화공복혈당(FBG)수평,분면후기록태인출생체중,분석기여태인출생체중적상관성。결과잉만기혈청TG、TC、LDL화HDL수평균고우잉조기수평(P<0.001),잉만기혈청ALB수평저우잉조기수평(P<0.001),잉기혈청TG、잉조기혈청TC、LDL급잉만기혈청FBG수평여태인출생체중균정정상관성(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。결론잉기혈지수평정축점증고적추세,잉기TG、잉조기TC화LDL급잉만기FBG수평여태인출생체중정정상관。
Objective To study the effect of maternal serum levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALB and FBG on newborn weight. Methods Two hundred pregnant women (without associated diseases and complications) admitted our hospital from January 2012 to April 2012 for routine prenatal examination were included in this study. Their serum levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALB and FBG were measured in the first trimester (10-12 weeks) and the third trimester (36-37 weeks), respectively. Correlation between newborn weight and maternal serum levels was analyzed. Results The maternal serum levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALB and FBG were significantly higher in the third trimester than in the first trimester (P<0.001) and positively related with the newborn weight (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion The maternal serum lipid levels in pregnant stage increase gradually. The serum levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the first trimester and FBG in the third trimester are positively related with the newborn weight.
