　　对河南省部分地区的兔源大肠杆菌做了分离鉴定，并进行兽医临床常用抗菌药物的敏感性检测。从郑州、济源、登封、武陟4个地区的兔场分离鉴定出27株大肠杆菌，进行了11种药物的敏感性检测，结果表明：27株大肠杆菌对多粘菌素的敏感率（96．3％）最高，对头孢噻呋/舒巴坦、头孢噻呋、阿米卡星的敏感率依次为：59．3％、59．3％、55．6％，对兽用常见抗生素头孢噻呋、阿米卡星、氟苯尼考等均有不同程度的耐药现象。

Rabbit-derived Escherichia coli was separated and identified in some areas of Henan province , and their sensitivi-ties to veterinary clinical commonly -used antibiotics were tested .Twenty-seven strains of Escherichia coli were isolated and identi-fied in rabbit farm of Zhengzhou , Jiyuan, Dengfeng and Wuzhi in Henan province , and their sensitivities to 11 kinds of drugs were detected.The results showed that the sensitivity rate of 27 strains to polymyxin was the highest (96.3%), and that to ceftiofur /sulbactam, ceftiofur and amikacin was 59.3%, 59.3%, 55.6% respectively.These strains had different degrees of tolerance to ceftiofur, amikacin, florfenicol and so on .
