研究了沼气处理对长江下游地区大棚内3种蔬菜植物学性状及品质的影响。结果显示:点燃沼气灯可使大棚内气温、地温提高0.4~3.2℃,使大棚内CO2浓度提升1677 mg/L;能显著增加萝卜的根粗及根鲜重、大白菜的单株重、青菜的单株重及叶片数;使萝卜、大白菜及青菜的产量分别提高24.62%、35.16%和64.45%;可明显降低3种蔬菜的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及Vc含量,但这些营养物质的总量均明显提高。

연구료소기처리대장강하유지구대붕내3충소채식물학성상급품질적영향。결과현시:점연소기등가사대붕내기온、지온제고0.4~3.2℃,사대붕내CO2농도제승1677 mg/L;능현저증가라복적근조급근선중、대백채적단주중、청채적단주중급협편수;사라복、대백채급청채적산량분별제고24.62%、35.16%화64.45%;가명현강저3충소채적가용성당、가용성단백급Vc함량,단저사영양물질적총량균명현제고。
The effects of biogas treatment on the botanic characters and quality of 3 kinds of vegetable in greenhouse in the low-er reaches of the Yangtze River were studied .The results indicated that the ignited biogas lamp could make the air and ground tem-perature in the greenhouse increase by 0.4~3.2 ℃, and make the CO2 concentration in the greenhouse increase by 1677 mg/L. Biogas treatment could significantly increase the root diameter and root fresh weight of radish , single-plant weight of Chinese cab-bage, and the single -plant weight and leaf number of greengrocery; it could enhance the yield of radish , Chinese cabbage and greengrocery by 24.62%, 35.16% and 64.45% respectively; it could significantly reduce the content of soluble sugar , soluble protein and Vc in these 3 kinds of vegetable , but the total amount of these nutrients was significantly increased .
