施用质量比为3∶7的腐熟牛粪堆肥和腐熟小麦秸秆组成的有机物料,研究了有机物料的不同用量对烟草根系生长发育的影响。结果表明,通过添加有机物料,土壤的容重得到显著改善,处理间差异极显著。前期随着施入土壤有机物料量的增多,烟株的根系长势减弱,但是进入旺长期后,施入土壤的有机物料对烟株根系的生长发育有明显的促进作用,施用有机物料的处理烟株根系在垂直30~40 cm以及水平距茎基部20~30 cm的分布均比对照增多。在移栽后80 d各处理烟株的根群分布中,使用有机物料最多的处理烟株根系在垂直30~40 cm的土层内的质量分布为18 g,而对照仅为4.1 g;在水平方向上垄上两侧20~30 cm的土段内,该处理的根系分布为34.9 g,是对照16.2 g的2倍多。试验表明有机物料与复合肥配施能够降低土壤容重,改善土壤的物理性状,并且对烟株根系的发育有促进效应,随着各处理施用有机物料增多,烟株根系质量增多且根系分布更加分散。

A organic material that included 30%cattle dung compost and 70%wheat straw compost was made , and the effects of its different application rates on the root growth and development of tobacco were studied .The results indicated that the soil bulk density was significantly improved by adding organic material .At the earlier growth stage of tobacco , along with the increase in the application rate of organic material , the root system of tobacco plants grew weaker .However, in the flourishing growth period , the application of organic material had obviously promotive effect on the growth and development of tobacco root system , and the number of root system in 30~40 cm soil layer and within the level scope of 20~30 cm beyond the stem base was more than that of the con-trol.On the 80th day after transplanting , in the treatment of applying the most quantitative organ material , the mass of root system in 30~40 cm soil layer was 18.0 g, while that of the control was only 4.1 g;the mass of root system on the two side of 20~30 cm beyond the soil ridge was 34.9 g, while that of the control was merely 16.2 g.The tests showed that the combined application of or-ganic material and compound fertilizer could reduce soil bulk density , improve the soil physical properties , and promote the growth and development of root system of tobacco plants .As the application rate of organic material increased , the mass of the root system increased, and their distribution was more dispersed .
