该文通过英语课外阅读策略调查问卷和阅读水平测试对英语专业学生课外阅读策略的使用情况进行调查，并研究了课外阅读策略与阅读水平之间的相关关系。研究结果表明，课外阅读策略的使用与阅读水平之间有着紧密的关联。在此基础之上，该文提出了以网络为基础，构建英语课外读写平台的自主学习模式。

This article conducts a survey on the use of extracurricular reading strategies by college English majors and studies the correlation between English extracurricular reading strategies and reading ability through the English Extracurricular Reading Strategies Questionnaire and a reading ability test. The findings show that there is a close correlation between the use of extracur-ricular reading strategies and reading ability. On this basis, this article presents an autonomous learning model -network-based English extracurricular reading and writing platform.
