目的：研究护理干预对癫痫患者治疗依从性的影响程度.方法：将我院78例癫痫患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察比较两组治疗依从性、临床治疗效果，调查患者不遵从用药的原因.结果：护理干预后，观察组患者治疗依从性、临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；知识缺乏、担心药物不良反应是患者不遵从用药的主要原因.结论：护理干预可有效提高癫痫患者治疗依从性，增强药物治疗效果.

목적：연구호리간예대전간환자치료의종성적영향정도.방법：장아원78례전간환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰비교량조치료의종성、림상치료효과，조사환자불준종용약적원인.결과：호리간예후，관찰조환자치료의종성、림상료효현저우우대조조(P<0.05)；지식결핍、담심약물불량반응시환자불준종용약적주요원인.결론：호리간예가유효제고전간환자치료의종성，증강약물치료효과.
Objective:To study influence degree of the nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of epilepsy patients . Methods:78 epilepsy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the two groups were observed and compared treatment compliance with medication,and clinical therapeutic effect,investigate the causes of patients with irregular medication . Results:After nursing intervention, the patients in the observation group treatment compliance, clinical effects were significantly better than the control group ( P < 0.05 ); The main reasons of not compliance with medication are knowledge lack, fear of adverse drug reactions in two groups of patients. Conclusion:nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance of epilepsy patients, enhance the effect of drug treatment
