以上海市某工程为例,开展了四边简支足尺预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体的平面外堆载试验,对墙体的承载能力、荷载?滑移关系、墙体变形以及墙体连接件与墙体滑移等进行了研究。研究表明:墙体的开裂荷载为208kN,是荷载设计值的7.4倍;设计荷载作用下墙体的跨中挠度为1.16mm。墙体的抗弯刚度大,抗裂度与承载力高,并具有较大的安全储备。

In order to investigate the flexural behavior of pre-cast concrete inorganic insulation sandwich composite wall panel, a full-scale specimen simply supported on four sides was got from a practical project in Shanghai and a out-of-plane heaped load test of the specimen was carried out. Meanwhile, the bearing capacity, deformation and slip between FRP connector and concrete panel were studied in detail. The results show that the cracking load of the wall panel is 208kN, which is about 7.4 times of the design load. Mid-span deflection of the wall panel is 1.16mm under the action of the design load. It can be concluded that the wall panel has large flexural rigidity and load capacity and its property can completely meet the normal serviceability requirements.
