介绍了一种新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体。该墙体由内、外《钢筋混凝土板、中间无机保温层以及纤维增强塑料(FRP)连接件组成,具有节能效果显著、抗火性能和耐久性能好、生产与施工效率高等特点,可实现结构与保温同寿命。开展了该新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体的热工性能试验研究,研究表明,墙体的传热系数为0.738W/(m2?k),满足JGJ 134要2001《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的要求。

A new type of precast concrete inorganic insulation sandwich panel consisted of internal and external rein-forcement concrete layers, insulating layers and FRP connectors is introduced. The panel has the advantages of energy sav-ing, fire resistance and durability, and can realize the same life-span between the insulation and main structure. The ther-mal performance test of the kind of composite panel is carried out. The results show that heat transfer coefficient of the wall is 0.738W/(m2?k), which can meet the requirements of JGJ 134-2001 《Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone》.
