利用粉煤灰调整原料中Al2O3含量,制备出页岩-粉煤灰高性能轻骨料。试验根据页岩、粉煤灰的化学成分和利用XRD对页岩、粉煤灰和碳化硅的矿物分析结果,设计了页岩-粉煤灰复合原料的配比。选择粉煤灰掺量分别为25%、30%、35%和40%,试验焙烧温度分别为1140益、1150益和1160益。结果表明,在同一温度下,随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,轻骨料的颗粒强度提高,颗粒表观密度也有所提高。当焙烧温度为1150益,粉煤灰掺量达40%时,轻骨料的颗粒强度达到9.5MPa,颗粒表观密度为1060kg/m3,24h吸水率为2.5%,达到了高性能轻骨料要求。由1150益焙烧的轻骨料照片可知,随着粉煤灰掺量提高,孔壁厚度增加,颗粒强度提高。粉煤灰掺量为40%时,1160益焙烧的轻骨料表面的玻璃化程度较高,24h吸水率仅2.2%。

이용분매회조정원료중Al2O3함량,제비출혈암-분매회고성능경골료。시험근거혈암、분매회적화학성분화이용XRD대혈암、분매회화탄화규적광물분석결과,설계료혈암-분매회복합원료적배비。선택분매회참량분별위25%、30%、35%화40%,시험배소온도분별위1140익、1150익화1160익。결과표명,재동일온도하,수착분매회참량적제고,경골료적과립강도제고,과립표관밀도야유소제고。당배소온도위1150익,분매회참량체40%시,경골료적과립강도체도9.5MPa,과립표관밀도위1060kg/m3,24h흡수솔위2.5%,체도료고성능경골료요구。유1150익배소적경골료조편가지,수착분매회참량제고,공벽후도증가,과립강도제고。분매회참량위40%시,1160익배소적경골료표면적파리화정도교고,24h흡수솔부2.2%。
High performance lightweight aggregates are prepared using shale and fly ash. Test selection content of fly ash are 25%, 30%, 35%and 40%respectively, test calcination temperature are 1140℃, 1150℃and 1160℃respectively. With the amount of fly ash increasing, strength of lightweight aggregate particle is improved. The strength of lightweight aggregate particle with 40% fly ash and calcined at 1150℃ can achieve 9.5MPa, apparent particle density can achieve 1060kg/m3, and 24 hours water absorption rate is 2.5%, which meets the high performance lightweight aggregates demand. The surface vitrification degree of lightweight with 40%fly ash and calcined at 1160℃is higher, 24 hours water absorption rate is only 2.2%. Research shows that adjustment of high performance lightweight aggregates could be achieved by the addition of fly ash and calcination temperature.
