分析了连云港市现代农业科技创新体系建设存在的问题，认为现代农业科技创新源动力不足、农业高新技术研发水平不高、科技创新投入不高、高层次农业科技人才少、整体科技实力不强，影响着现代农业科技创新体系建设，在此基础上，提出了相应的对策思考。
分析瞭連雲港市現代農業科技創新體繫建設存在的問題，認為現代農業科技創新源動力不足、農業高新技術研髮水平不高、科技創新投入不高、高層次農業科技人纔少、整體科技實力不彊，影響著現代農業科技創新體繫建設，在此基礎上，提齣瞭相應的對策思攷。

Upon analysis of the problems in the construction of modern agricultural scientific and technolog-ical innovation system in Lianyungang ,such as a lack of the impetus to innovation ,poor agricultural high-tech research ,little innovation investment ,few agricultural talents and poor technical strength ,the paper proposes some countermeasures .
