针对装备中火控计算机在振动冲击环境下印制电路板上的引脚及焊点处往往首先失效,但该处的应力大小又难以通过实验测得的特点,利用ANSYS有限元软件对火控计算机中轴角转换板进行动力学分析---模态分析得到了其各阶固有频率和振型;谐响应分析求得了同一频率下不同位置的谐响应峰值;瞬态动力学分析确定了电路板在已知激励下各位置应力随时间变化曲线。其结果为进一步分析和研究元器件引脚及焊点失效提供了依据。同时,通过仿真可以找到电路板的薄弱环节并采取相应措施提高其可靠性。最后通过模态实验验证了模型的正确性。

For the characteristic that the PCB pins and solder joints at the shock and vibration environment for fire control computer equipment are often the first to fail and the stress size is difficult to measure by experiment. Dynamic analysis of the axial angle converter board which in the fire control computer is analyzed by using finite element software ANSYS. The modal analysis gets each order of frequency and mode shape,harmonic response analysis obtains the different locations peak at the same frequency,transient dynamic analysis determines the stress-time curve at different position of the PCB under the known excitation. As a result,it provides a basis for further analysis and research on component pin failure. At the same time,the simulation can find the weak links of the PCB and take the appropriate measures to improve its reliability. Finally,using the modal experiment verifies the correctness of the model.
