SATA3.0协议因为传输速度快、抗干扰能力强等优点成为面向未来的高速大容量硬盘数据传输标准。文章在Xilinx Virtex-5系列FPGA硬件平台上,通过配置高速串行IO-GTX ,调整OOB信号的占空比以适应SATA3.0 OOB信号时序要求,实现了OOB信号的产生与检测。在分析主机与设备物理层握手过程的基础上,创建了系统的状态机模型,并设计了系统的GTX闭环测试和OOB信号状态机测试的测试方案。测试结果验证了模型的正确性,实现了主机与设备的握手过程,为SATA3.0接口的固态硬盘开发奠定基础。
SATA3.0協議因為傳輸速度快、抗榦擾能力彊等優點成為麵嚮未來的高速大容量硬盤數據傳輸標準。文章在Xilinx Virtex-5繫列FPGA硬件平檯上,通過配置高速串行IO-GTX ,調整OOB信號的佔空比以適應SATA3.0 OOB信號時序要求,實現瞭OOB信號的產生與檢測。在分析主機與設備物理層握手過程的基礎上,創建瞭繫統的狀態機模型,併設計瞭繫統的GTX閉環測試和OOB信號狀態機測試的測試方案。測試結果驗證瞭模型的正確性,實現瞭主機與設備的握手過程,為SATA3.0接口的固態硬盤開髮奠定基礎。

SATA3.0 protocol is becoming a transmission standard of high-speed and high-capacity stor-age medium hard disk in the future because of its advantages such as high speed ,strong anti-interfer-ence and so on .In this paper ,Virtex-5’s high-speed serial IO-GTX is configured to implement the generation and detection of out of band (OOB) signal by adjusting the duty ratio of the OOB signal to adapt the timing requirements of SATA3.0 OOB signal on the hardware platform of Xilinx Virtex-5 FPGA .Based on the analysis of the handshake between the physical layers of host and device ,the state machine model of the system is created and the test scheme of the system including the GTX closed-loop test and the OOB signal state machine test is also designed .T he test results verify the va-lidity of the model proposed in the paper .This study achieves the handshake between host and device and paves the way for the development of solid state disk with SATA 3 interface .
