目的：比较左卡尼汀片在4种不同介质中的溶出行为。方法采用桨法进行左卡尼汀片的溶出试验，采用高效液相色谱法测定药物浓度。结果左卡尼汀片在4种溶出介质中均有较好的溶出。结论左卡尼汀片对任何体质患者均有一定的疗效。
목적：비교좌잡니정편재4충불동개질중적용출행위。방법채용장법진행좌잡니정편적용출시험，채용고효액상색보법측정약물농도。결과좌잡니정편재4충용출개질중균유교호적용출。결론좌잡니정편대임하체질환자균유일정적료효。
OBJECTIVE To compare the dissolution behavior of Levocarnitine Tablets in four different dissolu-tion medias.METHODS The dissolution test of Levocarnitine Tablets was taken with paddle method and drug con-centrations were measured by HPLC method.RESULTS There was good dissolution of Levocarnitine Tablets in four dissolution media.CONCLUSION The tablet of Levocarnitine has some curative effect on patients in any body constitution.
