目的:探讨血管性痴呆患者事件相关电位( P300)的变化特点及其临床意义。方法使用事件相关电位中的P300分别对50例血管性痴呆患者(痴呆组),49例动脉硬化症无痴呆患者(动脉硬化组)和48例健康者(健康组)进行检查,比较3组的结果。结果痴呆组P300波潜伏期显著长于动脉硬化组及健康组,并且波幅降低(P<0.05)。痴呆组与另两组比较,N1、P2、N2潜伏期延长,波幅降低(P<0.05);动脉硬化组、健康组N1、P2、N2潜伏期和波幅正常。结论血管性痴呆患者事件相关电位P300、N1、P2、N2潜伏期和波幅均有不同程度异常,在血管性痴呆的诊断中具有较高的价值。

목적:탐토혈관성치태환자사건상관전위( P300)적변화특점급기림상의의。방법사용사건상관전위중적P300분별대50례혈관성치태환자(치태조),49례동맥경화증무치태환자(동맥경화조)화48례건강자(건강조)진행검사,비교3조적결과。결과치태조P300파잠복기현저장우동맥경화조급건강조,병차파폭강저(P<0.05)。치태조여령량조비교,N1、P2、N2잠복기연장,파폭강저(P<0.05);동맥경화조、건강조N1、P2、N2잠복기화파폭정상。결론혈관성치태환자사건상관전위P300、N1、P2、N2잠복기화파폭균유불동정도이상,재혈관성치태적진단중구유교고적개치。
Objective To investigate the variation characteristics and the clinical significance of event-related potentials(P300) in patients with vascular dementia.Methods Event-related potentials(P300) was applied to an examination conducted in 50 cases of vascular dementia ( dementia group ) ,49 cases of arteriosclerosis without dementia (arteriosclerosis group) and 48 healthy persons(healthy group),respectively,and the results of the examination were compared among three groups .Results The incubation period of P300 wave in the dementia group was significantly longer than that in the arteriosclerosis group or healthy group ,and the amplitude decreased(P<0.05).The N1,P2,N2 incubation periods in the dementia group prolonged and the amplitude decreased in contrast with those in the other 2 groups ( P<0 .05 ) .The N1 ,P2 ,N2 incubation periods and the amplitude in the arteriosclerosis group and health group were normal.Conclusion The incubation periods and amplitudes of event-related potentials (P300),N1,P2 and N2 are abnormal in the patients with vascular dementia ,which is valuable in the diagnosis of vascular dementia .
