目的：研究白细胞介素-22（ IL-22）及芳香烃受体（ AhR）在四氯化碳致肝纤维化小鼠模型中的表达。方法将24只雄性BALB／c小鼠按随机数字表法分为对照组和模型组，每组12只，模型组腹腔内注射四氯化碳建立肝纤维化小鼠模型，对照组腹腔注射橄榄油。实时荧光定量PCR检测肝组织IL-22、AhR mRNA的表达水平，免疫组织化学染色检测肝脏组织中IL-22蛋白表达。结果模型组肝组织IL-22、AhR mRNA的表达量及IL-22蛋白表达量均高于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论 IL-22和AhR可能参与了肝纤维化的发生。
목적：연구백세포개소-22（ IL-22）급방향경수체（ AhR）재사록화탄치간섬유화소서모형중적표체。방법장24지웅성BALB／c소서안수궤수자표법분위대조조화모형조，매조12지，모형조복강내주사사록화탄건립간섬유화소서모형，대조조복강주사감람유。실시형광정량PCR검측간조직IL-22、AhR mRNA적표체수평，면역조직화학염색검측간장조직중IL-22단백표체。결과모형조간조직IL-22、AhR mRNA적표체량급IL-22단백표체량균고우대조조（P균＜0．05）。결론 IL-22화AhR가능삼여료간섬유화적발생。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-22 ( IL-22 ) and aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) in a murine model of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis.Methods Twenty-four male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group and model group ,12 mice in each group .The mice in the model group were given intraperitoneal injection of CCl 4 to induce liver fibrosis , while the mice in the control group were given intraperitoneal injection of olive oil .Hepatic IL-22,AhR mRNA were measured by real-time PCR,the expression of IL-22 protein in the liver tissues was determined by immunohistochemical staining .Results The expression levels of IL-22, AhR mRNA and IL-22 protein in the liver tissues of model group were significantly higher than those of control group ( all P<0.05).Conclusion IL-22 and AhR may involve in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis .
