利用有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit,采用双线性本构法则和B-K断裂能准则,建立并验证了复合材料层合板的落锤式低速冲击损伤模型。在该验证模型的基础上,将冲头分别以30o,45o,60o和90o的冲击角度,以3.0 J和5.0 J的初始冲击能量对层合板进行冲击模拟试验。结果表明,冲头的冲击方向对层合板的冲击响应有着较大的影响,当冲击角度为45o时,冲击方向对层合板的能量耗散影响最大,当冲击角度为90o时,冲击方向对层合板能量耗散影响最小。

이용유한원연건ABAQUS/Explicit,채용쌍선성본구법칙화B-K단렬능준칙,건립병험증료복합재료층합판적락추식저속충격손상모형。재해험증모형적기출상,장충두분별이30o,45o,60o화90o적충격각도,이3.0 J화5.0 J적초시충격능량대층합판진행충격모의시험。결과표명,충두적충격방향대층합판적충격향응유착교대적영향,당충격각도위45o시,충격방향대층합판적능량모산영향최대,당충격각도위90o시,충격방향대층합판능량모산영향최소。
Based on the bilinear constitutive law and B-K energy-based evolution law,a low velocity impact damage model was established in the FEA package ABAQUS/Explicit,and then the model was validated. On the basis of the validated model, the effects of impact orientations on the impact responses of the composite laminates were investigated at the initial impact energy of 3.0 J and 5.0 J,respectively.It was demonstrated that the impact orientation had significant influences on the impact responses of the laminates.Among the four kinds of orientations,which were 30o,45o,60o,and 90o,respectively,the laminate impacted with 45o orientation dissipated largest level of energy,while the one impacted with 90o orientation dissipated the smallest level of energy.
