为了提高碳纤维(CF)自行车轮毂的寿命,研究了以SiC颗粒改性的环氧树脂为基体,CF平纹布为增强体的复合材料在不同载荷、不同摩擦环境及不同SiC含量情况下的磨损量与摩擦系数。结果表明,增大载荷和湿态(水润滑)的摩擦环境会不同程度地增加复合材料的磨损量,同时随着SiC填料含量的增加,复合材料的耐磨损性能增加。
為瞭提高碳纖維(CF)自行車輪轂的壽命,研究瞭以SiC顆粒改性的環氧樹脂為基體,CF平紋佈為增彊體的複閤材料在不同載荷、不同摩抆環境及不同SiC含量情況下的磨損量與摩抆繫數。結果錶明,增大載荷和濕態(水潤滑)的摩抆環境會不同程度地增加複閤材料的磨損量,同時隨著SiC填料含量的增加,複閤材料的耐磨損性能增加。

In order to improve the lifetime of the carbon fiber bicycle wheel,the wear mass loss and friction coefficient of composites made by SiC modified epoxy resin system as matrix and carbon fiber plain cloth as reinforcement were studied in the case of different load,different friction situation and different modifier proportion.The results show that the wear mass loss increases with the load increasing and at water lubrication condition,at the same time,the wear-resisting property of composite increases with the content of SiC modifier increasing.
