制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己二甲醇酯(PETG)合金体系,以超临界二氧化碳为物理发泡剂,采用间歇法制备了PS和PS/PETG合金发泡试样。通过旋转流变仪对PS和PS/PETG合金的流变性能进行测试,并用扫描电子显微镜对PS/PETG合金微观形貌和泡孔形貌进行表征,探讨了相态结构对PS/PETG合金发泡行为的影响。结果表明,在PS/PETG合金体系中,PETG为分散相,PS为基体相;在PS与PS/PETG合金发泡过程中,由于PS/PETG合金相界面处成核能垒低,利于泡孔成核,PS/PETG泡沫试样较PS泡沫试样泡孔密度大,泡孔尺寸小且均一。

Polystyrene(PS)/poly(ethylene terephthalate glycol) (PETG) alloys were prepared.Then,PS and PS/PETG alloys were foamed by the solid-state foaming.Supercritical carbon dioxide was used as physical foaming agent.The rheological properties of PS and PS/PETG alloys were tested by the dynamic rotational rheometer,and dispersion morphologies and foam morphologies were observed by the scanning electron microscope.The effect of dispersion morphology of PS/PETG alloys on their foaming behavior was discussed.The results showed that PETG phase was well dispersed in PS. Compared with PS foam,the increased cell density,decreased cell size and homogenerious cellular size distribution was formed in PS/PETG alloy foam,due to its the easier cellular nucleation in the interface of PS and PETG phases.
