以导电炭黑填充玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料,通过测定复合材料的静电屏蔽电压、静电衰减时间、表面电阻率数值,对影响电性能的几个主要因素进行了研究。结果表明,导电炭黑填充复合材料的防静电效果显著,导电炭黑适宜用量为1.1~1.2份,粒度为7~9 nm;填充时,将导电炭黑直接加入到环氧树脂体系中,然后用高速分散机搅拌10~15 min。
以導電炭黑填充玻璃纖維增彊環氧樹脂複閤材料,通過測定複閤材料的靜電屏蔽電壓、靜電衰減時間、錶麵電阻率數值,對影響電性能的幾箇主要因素進行瞭研究。結果錶明,導電炭黑填充複閤材料的防靜電效果顯著,導電炭黑適宜用量為1.1~1.2份,粒度為7~9 nm;填充時,將導電炭黑直接加入到環氧樹脂體繫中,然後用高速分散機攪拌10~15 min。

Graphitized carbon black was filled into glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin composite,and the electrostatic shielding voltage,electrostatic decay time and surface electrical resistivity of the composites were determined. The main affecting factors on electrical properties were studied. The results show that electrical properties of graphitized carbon black filled composites are significantly effective.Suitable graphitized carbon black dosage is 1.1-1.2 portions;granularity is 7-9 nm. Graphitized carbon black is directly put into epoxy resin system and they are mixed by a high speed dispersion machine for 10-15 minutes.
