用浓硝酸和浓硫酸的混合液对自制的石墨烯进行酸化处理,再用硅烷偶联剂KH-570接枝酸化后的石墨烯,用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和透射电子显微镜分析了石墨烯处理前后的结构变化。将石墨烯用于改性环氧树脂/碳纤维复合材料,考察了复合材料的压缩性能和界面性能。结果表明,酸化和偶联剂处理在石墨烯表面引入了活性基团,成功制备了表面化学修饰的石墨烯;加入接枝KH-570的石墨烯时复合材料的压缩强度比未加石墨烯时提高了4.6%,压缩弹性模量提高了6.4%;扫描电子显微镜分析表明,接枝硅烷偶联剂KH-570的石墨烯通过改善复合材料的界面性能进而提高了其压缩性能。
用濃硝痠和濃硫痠的混閤液對自製的石墨烯進行痠化處理,再用硅烷偶聯劑KH-570接枝痠化後的石墨烯,用傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀和透射電子顯微鏡分析瞭石墨烯處理前後的結構變化。將石墨烯用于改性環氧樹脂/碳纖維複閤材料,攷察瞭複閤材料的壓縮性能和界麵性能。結果錶明,痠化和偶聯劑處理在石墨烯錶麵引入瞭活性基糰,成功製備瞭錶麵化學脩飾的石墨烯;加入接枝KH-570的石墨烯時複閤材料的壓縮彊度比未加石墨烯時提高瞭4.6%,壓縮彈性模量提高瞭6.4%;掃描電子顯微鏡分析錶明,接枝硅烷偶聯劑KH-570的石墨烯通過改善複閤材料的界麵性能進而提高瞭其壓縮性能。

The modified graphene were treated by concentrated H2SO4/HNO3,and then grafted with silane coupling agent KH-570. Three epoxy/carbon fiber systems were prepared,such as the pure system,the graphene system(2%) and the grafted graphene system(2%). Fourior-transform infrared spectra,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing machine were used to characterize the modified graphene and the composites.The results show that active groups are introduced to graphene surface by acidification and coupling agent treatment,and surface chemical modification grapheme is prepared successfully. The compression strength of graphene composite which is grafted with silane coupling agent KH-570 increases by 4.6%,and the compression modulus increases by 6.4%. Scanning electron microscopy analysis shows that graphene composite which is grafted with KH-570 can improve the interfacial properties,then compression property is improved.
