The article summarized the nursing of 45 malignant tumor patients undergoing biological treatment ,including pre-/post-thera-py nursing intervention,such as psychological nursing, observation and nursing of adverse events, diet guidance, et al. It's believed that nursing intervention could reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patients' quality of life, and strengthen patients' confi-dence of conquering cancer.
