目的:探讨几种 MR成像序列对显示腮腺、导管的优劣以及对腮腺疾病导管系统的变化进行观察。方法:对25例健康志愿者和10例腮腺疾病患者进行腮腺区域常规 MRI 扫描后,利用 IR-FSE、3D FRFSE-XL、3D CUBE T2 WI 3种序列进行腮腺管水成像,对得到的图像进行后处理,然后对其各自显示腮腺导管及其分支的效果进行评比。结果:IR-FSE显示健康正常志愿者腮腺导管22例,3D-FRFSE-XL为25例,3D-CUBE-T2 WI为24例,3种序列显示腮腺疾病患者导管的例数分别为8例、10例、8例。IR-FSE、3 D-FRFSE-XL 背景组织较少,IR-FSE 可显示主导管和二级导管,3 D-FRFSE-XL经重建后可显示主导管、二级导管和三级导管且导管显示平滑,图像信噪比高,3D-T2 WI经重建后可显示主导管和二级导管,且可显示腮腺导管腺体的关系以及腮腺病变侵及腮腺、导管的范围。结论:三种序列均能较好地显示腮腺导管,但各自有优势,对腮腺疾病的诊断具有重要意义。

목적:탐토궤충 MR성상서렬대현시시선、도관적우렬이급대시선질병도관계통적변화진행관찰。방법:대25례건강지원자화10례시선질병환자진행시선구역상규 MRI 소묘후,이용 IR-FSE、3D FRFSE-XL、3D CUBE T2 WI 3충서렬진행시선관수성상,대득도적도상진행후처리,연후대기각자현시시선도관급기분지적효과진행평비。결과:IR-FSE현시건강정상지원자시선도관22례,3D-FRFSE-XL위25례,3D-CUBE-T2 WI위24례,3충서렬현시시선질병환자도관적례수분별위8례、10례、8례。IR-FSE、3 D-FRFSE-XL 배경조직교소,IR-FSE 가현시주도관화이급도관,3 D-FRFSE-XL경중건후가현시주도관、이급도관화삼급도관차도관현시평활,도상신조비고,3D-T2 WI경중건후가현시주도관화이급도관,차가현시시선도관선체적관계이급시선병변침급시선、도관적범위。결론:삼충서렬균능교호지현시시선도관,단각자유우세,대시선질병적진단구유중요의의。
Objective:To assess the quality of the imaging and observe the changes of the parotid duct in the parotid gland diseases using different sequences of MR sialography.Methods:25 normal volunteers and 10 patients with parotid gland diseases underwent MR sialography using FSE-IR,3D FRFSE-XL,and 3D CUBE T2 WI sequences after common MR scanning,and the images were reconstructed to compare the quality of using different sequences.Results:22 cases of parotid ducts of normal volunteers and 8 cases of the patients with parotid gland diseases were shown by using FSE-IR sequence;25 cases and 10 cases by 3D FRFSE-XL;24 cases and 8 cases by 3D CUBE T2 WI.There were few background tissues by using FSE-IR and 3D FRFSE-XL,FSE-IR can display the main parotid duct and its second degree branches,3D FRFSE-XL can clearly display the main parotid duct and its second and third degree branches with high SNR after reconstruction.3D CUBE T2 WI can display the main parotid duct and its second degree branches and the relationship between parotid gland and pa-rotid duct and invasion of the diseases.Conclusion:Three different sequences can clearly display the parotid duct with each having its own advantage,offering great guidelines for diagnosis and clinical treatment of the parotid gland diseases.
