目的：了解辖区医院医务人员输血相关知识的掌握情况。方法利用自行设计的问卷，对用血医院651名医务人员分别在输血质量管理及输血资质评审辅导前后进行调查，并对不同级别医院的护理、医师人员各考核项目得分情况进行统计分析。结果输血质量管理及输血资质评审辅导前2、3级医院护理人员综合得分分别为（29.56±4.47）分和（30.72±4.19）分，两者比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；2、3级医院医师综合得分分别为（28.87±3.98）分和（31.63±3.77）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。评审辅导后2、3级医院护理人员综合得分分别为（39.19±1.20）分和（38.40±1.54）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），2、3级医院护理人员得分情况较评审辅导前提高（P＜0.01），且2级医院护理人员比3级医院护理人员提高得更明显；2、3级医院医师经评审辅导后综合得分分别为（38.90±2.17）分和（38.71±1.35）分，均较评审辅导前显著提高（P＜0.01），但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论2、3级医院经评审辅导培训后，医务人员输血知识掌握情况得分明显提高，不同级别医院的医务人员均可通过学习掌握更多的输血相关知识；开展输血质量管理及输血资质评审检查可有效促进医院输血质量管理的整体提升。
목적：료해할구의원의무인원수혈상관지식적장악정황。방법이용자행설계적문권，대용혈의원651명의무인원분별재수혈질량관리급수혈자질평심보도전후진행조사，병대불동급별의원적호리、의사인원각고핵항목득분정황진행통계분석。결과수혈질량관리급수혈자질평심보도전2、3급의원호리인원종합득분분별위（29.56±4.47）분화（30.72±4.19）분，량자비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）；2、3급의원의사종합득분분별위（28.87±3.98）분화（31.63±3.77）분，량자비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。평심보도후2、3급의원호리인원종합득분분별위（39.19±1.20）분화（38.40±1.54）분，량자비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），2、3급의원호리인원득분정황교평심보도전제고（P＜0.01），차2급의원호리인원비3급의원호리인원제고득경명현；2、3급의원의사경평심보도후종합득분분별위（38.90±2.17）분화（38.71±1.35）분，균교평심보도전현저제고（P＜0.01），단조간비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론2、3급의원경평심보도배훈후，의무인원수혈지식장악정황득분명현제고，불동급별의원적의무인원균가통과학습장악경다적수혈상관지식；개전수혈질량관리급수혈자질평심검사가유효촉진의원수혈질량관리적정체제승。
Objective To explore the situation of hospital medical personnel mastering the relevant knowl-edge about scientific and reasonable blood transfusion as well as saving blood transfusion within their respective juris -dictions.Methods Some questionnaires designed by ourself were made for the 651 medical personnel in blood trans-fusion hospital for assessment before and after tutoring blood transfusion quality management and the qualification re -view, and did statistical analysis with the scores of the evaluation result and the accuracy of each answer .Results Before counseling blood transfusion quality management and qualification review blood transfusion in level 2 and level 3 hospital nursing staff comprehensive score was (29.56 ±4.47 ) and (30.72 ±4.19 ) respectively;The doctors was (28.87 ±3.98 ) and (31.63 ±3.77 ) respectively; After counseling in level 2 and level 3 hospital, nursing staff comprehensive score was ( 39.19 ±1.20 ) and ( 38.40 ±1.54 ) respectively; Level 2 hospital′s nursing staff im-proved more than level 3 hospital′s.They got higher scores after counseling .There was statistically significant differ-ence between the two ( P all <0.05 ) .In level 2 and level 3 hospital medical personnel′s comprehensive score was enhanced obviously, and it was (38.90 ±2.17) and (38.71 ±1.35) respectively.There was no statistically signifi-cant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) .After review counseling training , in level 2 and level 3 hospital the situation of medical personnel mastering the knowledge of scientific and reasonable blood transfusion improved ob -viously .There was statistically significant difference between the two ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion In level 2 and level 3 hospital , after review counseling training , the situation of medical personnel mastering the knowledge of scientific and reasonable blood transfusion improves obviously , and different levels , nurse or doctor can master more blood transfu-sion knowledge .To carry out the quality management of blood transfusion and transfusion qualification review inspec -tions can promote hospital strengthening the training of scientific and reasonable transfusion related knowledge , there-by promoting the hospital medical staff overall knowledge of reasonable blood transfusion .
