常规单脉冲雷达难以对落在同一距离-方位分辨单元内多个目标进行分辨。针对单脉冲雷达系统中目标回波能量在相邻采样点上会有泄露的情况，建立了关于多目标方位角和距离参数的极大似然模型，并采用改进的粒子群优化算法对模型中各目标的参数进行求解，同时结合最小描述长度（ Minimum Description Length， MDL）准则对目标数目进行确定。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

The monopulse radar can?t discriminate multiple targets located in one resolution cell.In the momopulse radar system, there is spillover of target energy to adjacent matched filter returns.The maximum likelihood function about multi-targets’ azimuth angle and range parameters is established,and the parameters are estimated by modified particle swarm optimization. A minimum description length criterion is used to estimate the number of targets.Simulation results show that this method is effective.
