介绍了基于单工序模的试验,采用5道拉深工序,先拉深成形大圆角筒形件,再成形每个阶梯圆,合理分配每道拉深变形量,解决了在连续拉深过程中不能采用中间退火工艺以消除成形过程中残留应力的问题。实际生产表明,拉深件壁厚变化均匀,未出现危险断裂面。

The characteristic of single-process die was presented. A process with 5 drawing procedures was applied in which cylindrical workpiece with large circular angle was first formed, then every ladder circle. The drawing deformation quantity was allocated reason-ably in each drawing step, in which the residual stress during the forming process occur-ring due to lack of intermediate annealing can be eliminated. Practical production shows that the drawn part has a homogeneous thickness change and dangerous fracture surface has not been found.
