为解决注射成型过程中传统试模方法的盲目低效和生产中塑件质检的不可靠性,提出了基于型腔压力实现自动试模和塑件质量在线检测的解决方案,基于MFC框架设计开发了型腔压力监控系统,系统实现型腔压力的采集、分析和显示,基于机器手的次品自动分离以及数据库技术的数据持久化存储,实现了基于型腔压力的注射成型自动化生产和控制提供高效可靠的软件平台。

To solve the inefficiency of traditional tryout methods and the unreliability of product quality inspection in plastic injection moulding process, a solution based on cavity pressure for automatic tryout and real-time detection of product quality was proposed. A cavity pressure monitoring system was designed and developed based on the MFC frame;the acquisition, analysis and display of cavity pressure in injection moulding process were implemented; and the automatic separation of defectives base on robot-arms as well as the persistent data storage based on database technology were achieved. Thus, an effective and reliable software platform for automatic production and control of plastic injection mould-ing process based on cavity pressure was provided.
