目的:评价 omega-3预防过敏性疾病的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索英文数据库(PubMed、EMBASE、SCI、Cochrane Library)及中文数据库(中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中华医学会数字化期刊),并辅手工检索,检索时间截止至2013年5月,收集omega-3预防过敏性疾病的随机对照试验。采用Cochrane系统评价手册文献质量评价标准评价纳入研究质量,用 RevMan 5.1软件进行 Meta分析。结果共纳入6个 RCT,各试验间基线均可比。Meta分析结果显示:Omega-3与安慰剂对比预防过敏性疾病(特应性皮炎,过敏性鼻炎,过敏性哮喘,食物性过敏)方面差异无统计学意义,各研究间不良反应报道较少,差异无统计学意义。结论虽然omega-3作为一种新型的免疫营养物质有其独特优势,但在 omega-3预防过敏性疾病方面无明显效果。

Objective To assess the efficacy and the clinic value of omega-3 in prevention of allergic disease. Methods The database was retrieved from PubMed,EMBASE,SCI,the Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,China Journal Full Text Database and Chinese Medical Association Journals and references of the included studies up to May 2013.Randomized control trials(RCTs)of omega-3 versus placebo were included.The quality of the included studies was evaluated by handbook evaluation standard.The data were analyzed with RevMan 5 .1 from the Cochrane Collaboration.Results Six RCTs were included,and the baseline data of each trial were comparable.The meta-analysis showed that there were no statistical difference for omega-3 compared with placebo in prevention of allergic disease,such as atopic dermatitis,allergic rhinitis,allergic cough,food allergy.Conclusion This meta-analysis suggests that supplementation with omega-3 is probably unlikely to play an important role as a strategy in the prevention of sensitization or allergic disease.
