目的：检测隐性结核感染者、活动性结核患者及健康人群白细胞介素（IL）-4和 IL-17 A水平。方法选择已确诊的活动性结核患者、隐性结核感染者及健康对照者，且所有入组者均注射过卡介苗。采用流式细胞术测定血清中的IL-4和IL-17 A的水平。结果与正常对照组和隐性感染组比较，活动性结核组血清中的IL-4及IL-17 A水平明显降低：IL-4（1．85±1．43）μg/L、（1．77±1．16）μg/L和（0．85±0．94）μg/L（P＜0．05）；IL-17A（1．06±1．29）μg/L、（0．91±1．08）μg/L和（0．09±0．16）μg/L（P＜0．01）；但正常对照组与隐性感染组之间IL-4、IL-17A比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论可以根据结核分枝杆菌感染后产生 IL-4和 IL-17A的水平来区分活动性结核感染和隐性结核感染及健康人群。
목적：검측은성결핵감염자、활동성결핵환자급건강인군백세포개소（IL）-4화 IL-17 A수평。방법선택이학진적활동성결핵환자、은성결핵감염자급건강대조자，차소유입조자균주사과잡개묘。채용류식세포술측정혈청중적IL-4화IL-17 A적수평。결과여정상대조조화은성감염조비교，활동성결핵조혈청중적IL-4급IL-17 A수평명현강저：IL-4（1．85±1．43）μg/L、（1．77±1．16）μg/L화（0．85±0．94）μg/L（P＜0．05）；IL-17A（1．06±1．29）μg/L、（0．91±1．08）μg/L화（0．09±0．16）μg/L（P＜0．01）；단정상대조조여은성감염조지간IL-4、IL-17A비교차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론가이근거결핵분지간균감염후산생 IL-4화 IL-17A적수평래구분활동성결핵감염화은성결핵감염급건강인군。
Objective To detect the levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4 ) and IL-17A in the latent tuberculosis infection,active tuberculosis patients and healthy persons.Methods The selection involved the confirmed diagnosis of active tuberculosis,latent tuberculosis infection and the healthy controls,and all the subj ects of study were inj ected with Bacillus Calmette Guerin.The serum IL-4 and IL-17A levels were measured by flow cytometry.Results Serum IL-4 and IL-17A levels of active tuberculosis group were significantly decreased compared with those of healthy persons and the latent tuberculosis infection,IL-4(1.85±1.43)μg/L,(1.77±1.16)μg/L vs (0.85±0.94)μg/L(P<0.05);IL-17A(1.06± 1.29)μg/L,(0.91±1.08)μg/L vs (0.09±0.16)μg/L(P <0.01).IL-4 and IL-17A between healthy persons and the latent infection are not sighificant.Conclusion Based on serum IL-4 and IL-17A after Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, active tuberculosis patients,latent tuberculosis infection and healthy persons could be distinguished.
