对国内外以含硫蜡油为原料、采用加氢预处理技术生产FCC原料的技术现状进行概述,分析现有国内FCC原料加氢预处理技术的研发思路和技术特点,重点介绍了国内具有代表性工艺的RVHT和FFHT技术,这两项技术均可以满足生产国Ⅲ汽油标准FCC原料的要求。指出制备高活性的加氢催化剂、开发不同的催化剂级配技术和选择不同的组合工艺,将是今后我国FCC原料加氢预处理技术的发展方向。

The current state of FCC feed pre-hydrotreating technology at home and abroad was reviewed. An analysis was performed on the development ideas and technical characteristics of FCC pretreatment technology in China with focus on RVHT technology of RIPP and FFHT technology of FRIPP. Both these two technologies could provide high quality FCC feed stocks for the production of gasoline products meeting StateⅢstandard . It was proposed that high-performance hydrotreating catalysts, catalyst grading tecnology and integrated process would be the development directions for FCC feed pretreating technology.
