以1,1'-联二萘酚、乳酸铬为原料合成了一种新型的电荷调节剂,实验结果表明,与对比墨粉相比较,用联萘酚络合铬(Ⅲ)作为制备墨粉的电荷调节剂,可以明显增加墨粉的带电量和显影密度,其灰度、废粉率、耗粉量都有不同程度的下降,预期可以改善制备墨粉的质量。
以1,1'-聯二萘酚、乳痠鉻為原料閤成瞭一種新型的電荷調節劑,實驗結果錶明,與對比墨粉相比較,用聯萘酚絡閤鉻(Ⅲ)作為製備墨粉的電荷調節劑,可以明顯增加墨粉的帶電量和顯影密度,其灰度、廢粉率、耗粉量都有不同程度的下降,預期可以改善製備墨粉的質量。

With 1,1’-binaphthol and chromium acid, a novel charge regulator was synthesized. Experimental results showed that compared with the comparative toner, binaphthol complex with Cr (Ⅲ) as a charge controlling agent to prepare the toner, could significantly increase the charge amount of the toner and the developing density, the gray waste toner ratio, consumption of flour had different degrees of decline, was expected to improve the quality of preparation of toner.
