以4-氯-3,4-二甲氧基二苯甲酮和N-乙酰吗啉为原料,正辛烷为溶剂,在氢氧化钠催化剂作用下合成了烯酰吗啉。考察了催化剂用量、吸水剂、反应时间等因素对烯酰吗啉收率的影响,优化的反应条件为:二苯甲酮∶乙酰吗啉∶氢氧化钠=1∶2∶3(摩尔比),二苯甲酮∶正辛烷=1∶3(体积比),回流反应20~22h,在此条件下产品烯酰吗啉收率88.0%,纯度98%。
以4-氯-3,4-二甲氧基二苯甲酮和N-乙酰嗎啉為原料,正辛烷為溶劑,在氫氧化鈉催化劑作用下閤成瞭烯酰嗎啉。攷察瞭催化劑用量、吸水劑、反應時間等因素對烯酰嗎啉收率的影響,優化的反應條件為:二苯甲酮∶乙酰嗎啉∶氫氧化鈉=1∶2∶3(摩爾比),二苯甲酮∶正辛烷=1∶3(體積比),迴流反應20~22h,在此條件下產品烯酰嗎啉收率88.0%,純度98%。

Dimethomorph was synthesized from 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone and n-acetylmorpholine with sodium hydroxide al-kali as catalyst, n-octane as solvent. The effects of mole ratio of the catalyst, sort of the water-absorption and time of the reaction on the yield of dimethomorph were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The yield of dimethomorph attained 88%with the mole ratio of 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone to n-acetylmorpholine to sodium hydroxide were 1∶2∶3(mol reaction), the volume ratio of 4-chloro-3,4-dimethoxybenzophenone to n-octane were 1∶3, reflow temperature for 20~22h.
