以山杨为母本、美洲黑杨为父本,对克服山杨与美洲黑杨派间杂交障碍技术进行研究。结果表明:用正己烷有机溶剂熏柱头后再用山杨花粉提取液处理柱头能有效地克服山杨与美洲黑杨之间的杂交障碍。同时,用形态学标记对杂交子代及其亲本进行鉴定分析,杂种子代主要偏向于父本型与母本型,从而证明杂种子代是其真正的杂种。
以山楊為母本、美洲黑楊為父本,對剋服山楊與美洲黑楊派間雜交障礙技術進行研究。結果錶明:用正己烷有機溶劑熏柱頭後再用山楊花粉提取液處理柱頭能有效地剋服山楊與美洲黑楊之間的雜交障礙。同時,用形態學標記對雜交子代及其親本進行鑒定分析,雜種子代主要偏嚮于父本型與母本型,從而證明雜種子代是其真正的雜種。

Taking Populus davidiana as female parent and Populus deltoides as male parent ,technology for overco-ming the crossing barrier between P .davidiana& P .deltoides were studied .Result shows that suffocating stigma with n-hexane and bushing stigma with the fluid extracted from pollen of P .davidiana can effectively overcome in-compatible barriers between P .davidiana& P .deltoides .At the same time ,the hybrids & their parents were i-dentified by using morphological marker ;hybrids offspring are inclined to male parent & female parent ;thus proves that its hybrid offspring are its true hybrids .
