电磁轴承技术是国际上20世纪60年代中期开始研究的一项新的支承技术。第一部分简要介绍电磁轴承的结构、原理、特点,并分析了国内外电磁轴承的发展现状及前景。第二部分,以乙烯装置的甲烷膨胀/压缩机为例,阐述了电磁轴承设计选型时的注意事项及其应用。

The active magnetic bearing is a new supporting technology in the world,and it began to be study in the mid- 1960s.In the paper, the structure,principle,characteristics of active magetic bearings were introduced,and the developing level and tendency of the active magnetic bearing were analyzed. At last, taking methane expansion compressor in the ethylene plant as an example, matters needing attention during design,type selection and application of the active magetic bearing were discussed.
