目的：探讨综合护理干预对门诊小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法收集2012年10月～2013年12月期间来我院门诊治疗的慢性咳嗽患儿108例，随机分为观察组及对照组各54例，两组患儿均给予相同的治疗措施，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合护理，比较两组患儿临床疗效及干预前后咳嗽症状评分。结果观察组总有效率为90.74%，高于对照组77.78%（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组及对照组咳嗽症状评分均低于干预前（P＜0.05）。干预后观察组咳嗽症状评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论门诊慢性咳嗽患儿实施综合护理能使其总有效率提高，临床症状有效改善，可以在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대문진소인만성해수적림상효과。방법수집2012년10월～2013년12월기간래아원문진치료적만성해수환인108례，수궤분위관찰조급대조조각54례，량조환인균급여상동적치료조시，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시종합호리，비교량조환인림상료효급간예전후해수증상평분。결과관찰조총유효솔위90.74%，고우대조조77.78%（P＜0.05）。간예후관찰조급대조조해수증상평분균저우간예전（P＜0.05）。간예후관찰조해수증상평분저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론문진만성해수환인실시종합호리능사기총유효솔제고，림상증상유효개선，가이재림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on outpatient children with chronic cough. Methods 108 outpatient children with chronic cough from October 2012 and December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, every group had 54 cases,two groups of children were given the same treatment measures,the control group received routine care,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and cough symptom scores before and after the intervention were compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.74%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).The cough symptom scores in the observation group and the control group after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The cough symptom scores after the intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on outpatient children with chronic cough can make the total effective rate rise,improve clinical symptoms, and can be used in clinical.
