目的：观察顾护脾肾理论在2型糖尿病护理中的临床疗效。方法：将50例符合标准的2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规药物治疗并按照《内科护理学》采用常规护理方法；观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上加以顾护脾肾理论为指导的护理方法。结果：两组比较，观察组在改善症状，降低FBG、2hpBG、HbA1c等方面，明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：运用顾护脾肾理论护理2型糖尿病患者可以显著提升临床疗效。
목적：관찰고호비신이론재2형당뇨병호리중적림상료효。방법：장50례부합표준적2형당뇨병환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조급여상규약물치료병안조《내과호이학》채용상규호리방법；관찰조재상규약물치료적기출상가이고호비신이론위지도적호리방법。결과：량조비교，관찰조재개선증상，강저FBG、2hpBG、HbA1c등방면，명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：운용고호비신이론호리2형당뇨병환자가이현저제승림상료효。
Objective:To explore the effect of Fastening the spleen and kidney theory on caring patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:50 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,Both groups were given basic medicine, while Regular nursing were conducted on the control group,while nursing care based on fastening the spleen and kidney thoery were conducted on the intervention group.Results:Improveing symptoms,Lowering FBG、2hpBG and HbAlc in intervention group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing care based on fastening the spleen and kidney theory would help improve the treatment effects of the patients with type 2 diabetes.
