目的：探讨胃镜下行胃息肉电切术患者实施综合护理的临床效果。方法收集2011年8月～2013年8月期间我院收治的胃息肉行EMR治疗的患者85例，2012年8月前收治的患者为对照组42例，实施常规护理，2012年8月后收治的患者为观察组43例，实施综合护理，进一步完善常规护理，并且在此基础上为患者实施心理护理。结果观察组及对照组干预后SAS及SDS评分均降低，观察组与对照组比较SAS及SDS均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组住院天数短于对照组，健康知识得分及护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胃镜下行高频电切息肉患者实施综合护理后效果显著，能缓解患者的焦虑及抑郁状态，缩短住院天数、提高健康知识得分及患者对护理工作的满意度。
목적：탐토위경하행위식육전절술환자실시종합호리적림상효과。방법수집2011년8월～2013년8월기간아원수치적위식육행EMR치료적환자85례，2012년8월전수치적환자위대조조42례，실시상규호리，2012년8월후수치적환자위관찰조43례，실시종합호리，진일보완선상규호리，병차재차기출상위환자실시심리호리。결과관찰조급대조조간예후SAS급SDS평분균강저，관찰조여대조조비교SAS급SDS균명현강저，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조주원천수단우대조조，건강지식득분급호리만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론위경하행고빈전절식육환자실시종합호리후효과현저，능완해환자적초필급억욱상태，축단주원천수、제고건강지식득분급환자대호리공작적만의도。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with gastric polyp electrocision under gastroscope. Methods 85 patients with gastric polyp underwent EMR treatment in our hospital during August 2011 to August 2013 were collected, 42 patients admitted before August 2012 was as the control group, who were implemented the routine care, 43 cases admitted after August 2012 were as the observation group, who were implemented the comprehensive nursing, further improved the routine care, and on this basis implemented the psychological care. Results The SAS and SDS scores after the intervention in the observation group and control group were decreased, compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, health knowledge and care satisfaction scores were higher, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing for patients with gastric polyp electrocision under gastroscope can achieve significant effect, relieve anxiety and depression status of patients, shorten hospital stays and improve health knowledge and patient's satisfaction scores to nursing work.
