目的：探讨系统化护理对于老年糖尿病肾病血液透析的影响。方法将140例患者按入院时间随机分为两组。对照组给予一般常规护理，观察组给予系统护理。将两组患者的不良反应以及生存率进行比较。结果观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者各阶段生存率显著高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将系统化护理用于老年糖尿病肾病血液透析，可以有效降低不良反应发生率，提高患者生存率。
목적：탐토계통화호리대우노년당뇨병신병혈액투석적영향。방법장140례환자안입원시간수궤분위량조。대조조급여일반상규호리，관찰조급여계통호리。장량조환자적불량반응이급생존솔진행비교。결과관찰조적불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조，조간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자각계단생존솔현저고우대조조，조간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론장계통화호리용우노년당뇨병신병혈액투석，가이유효강저불량반응발생솔，제고환자생존솔。
Objective To study the effect of systematic nursing in hemodialysis of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 140 patients according to admission time were divided into two groups. The control group was givenconventional nursing, the observation group was givensystematic nursing..Adverse reactions and survival rate of patients in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group,was significantly lower than control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);Survival rate in different stages of patients of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing for hemodialysis of senile diabetic nephropathy,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the patients' survival rate.
