目的：探讨地佐辛复合依托咪酯用于全麻上腹部手术伴高血压患者的临床效果。方法150例行上腹部手术合并高血压患者，随机分为两组。对照组应用芬太尼行全麻诱导，观察组应用地佐辛复合依托咪酯全麻诱导。结果观察组患者的血流动力学的稳定性优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组在诱导期间阿托品使用率2.67%少于对照组10.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组注射痛、肌阵挛和咳嗽反射等不良反应发生率少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01～0.05）。结论全麻上腹部手术伴高血压患者应用地佐辛复合依托咪酯麻醉能够促进患者血流动力学的稳定，降低诱导期间血管活性药物的使用量，且安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of dezocine combined with etomidate for patients with hypertension receiving upper abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. Methods 150 patients with hypertension who received upper abdominal surgery were selected and randomly assigned to two groups.The control group received fentanyl for the general anesthesia induction and the observation group received dezocine combined with etomidate for the induction. Results Hemodynamic stability of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).The application rate of atropine of the observation group during the induction was 2.67%, which was lower than the 10.67% of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).The incidences of adverse reactions such as injection pain, myoclonus and cough reflex of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01-0.05). Conclusion The application of dezocine combined with etomidate in patients with hypertension receiving upper abdominal surgery under general anesthesia promotes hemodynamic stability, reduces the application amount of vasoactive drugs during induction, and is safe and reliable.
