Tinea pedis%Itraconazole%Bifonazole cream
目的:观察伊曲康唑胶囊联合外用联苯苄唑乳膏治疗足癣的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例足癣患者随机分为两组,治疗组及对照组各60例,疗程均为4周,治疗组口服伊曲康唑胶囊200mg,每天1次,外用联苯苄唑乳膏外涂;对照组仅予外用联苯苄唑乳膏。结果用药2周后治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为25.00%和1.67%,总有效率分别为68.3%和33.3%,真菌清除率分别为68.3%和33.3%;用药4周后治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为70%和60%,总有效率分别为96.7%和85.0%,真菌清除率分别为96.7%和85.0%;两组临床疗效均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论口服伊曲康唑联合外用联苯苄唑乳膏治疗足癣临床疗效较好,有效提高临床治愈率和真菌学清除率,是临床治疗足癣较好方法之一。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of itraconazole capsules combined with external application of bifonazole cream in the treatment of tinea pedis. Methods 120 patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 patients in each group.The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups. The treatment group received oral administration of 200 mg of itraconazole capsules 1 time per day and external application of bifonazole cream.The control group only received external application of bifonazole cream. Results After 2 weeks of medication,the treatment group and the control group had a recovery rate of 25.00% and 1.67%,respectively,a total effective rate of 68.3% and 33.3%,respectively,and a fungus clearance rate of 68.3% and 33.3%,respectively.After 4 weeks of medication,the treatment group and the control group had a recovery rate of 70% and 60%,respectively,a total effective rate of 96.7% and 85.0%, respectively,and a fungus clearance rate of 96.7% and 85.0%,respectively.The two groups were statistically different in the clinical efficacy(P < 0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of itraconazole combined with external application of bifonazole cream shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of tinea pedis and can effectively improve the clinical recovery rate and the fungus clearance rate,which is a good method to treat tinea pedis.
