目的:观察厄贝沙坦对原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚及血压的影响。方法选取78例原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者,随机分为研究组(39例)和对照组(39例),研究组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组采用吲达帕胺治疗。比较两组患者治疗后左心室肥厚及血压的变化。结果治疗后研究组患者血压昼夜节律30例(76.92%)恢复,对照组11例(28.21%)恢复,两组恢复率对比具有明显差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后左心室重量指数,研究组下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,不仅能有效改善患者血压昼夜节律的恢复,控制血压水平,还有可能对其左心室肥厚发展起抑制作用。

목적:관찰액패사탄대원발성고혈압환자좌심실비후급혈압적영향。방법선취78례원발성고혈압반좌심실비후환자,수궤분위연구조(39례)화대조조(39례),연구조채용액패사탄치료,대조조채용신체파알치료。비교량조환자치료후좌심실비후급혈압적변화。결과치료후연구조환자혈압주야절률30례(76.92%)회복,대조조11례(28.21%)회복,량조회복솔대비구유명현차이(P<0.05);량조치료후좌심실중량지수,연구조하강명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론액패사탄치료원발성고혈압료효현저,불부능유효개선환자혈압주야절률적회복,공제혈압수평,환유가능대기좌심실비후발전기억제작용。
Objective To explore the effects of irbesartan in treatment of primary hypertensive blood pressure,and to explore the impact on left ventricular. Methods 78 cases of primary hypertensive blood pressure patients combined left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into study group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases),the study group was given irbesartan treatment, the control group was given indapamide. After treatment, left ventricular hypertrophy and blood pressure changes were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, 30 cases(76.92%) recovered blood pressure circadian rhythm in the study group, 11 cases(28.21%) recovered blood pressure circadian rhythm in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05); After treatment,the left ventricular posterior mass index of the study group decreased significantly more than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan in treatment of essential hypertension has significant effect, not only can improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure, control blood pressure levels, may be inhibiting the development of left ventricular hypertrophy.
