目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖控制不佳时糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)与脂蛋白(a)[lipoprotein(a), Lp(a)]水平之间的关系。方法对已挑选的HbA1C>7%的92例糖尿病患者同时检测HbA1C及Lp(a),另测定60例正常体检者HbA1C及Lp(a)作为对照组,进行相关分析作统计学检查;根据HbA1C水平将升高组分成3组,对Lp(a)进行组间分析,并对Lp(a)与HbA1C进行相关性分析。结果 HbA1C升高组的Lp(a)水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);组间分析,三组之间Lp(a)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关分析发现Lp(a)与HbA1C无相关性。结论2型糖尿病血糖控制不佳时HbA1C与Lp(a)无相关性, Lp(a)的升高不受HbA1c的影响,是独立于HbA1C之外的一项指标。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자혈당공제불가시당화혈홍단백(HbA1C)여지단백(a)[lipoprotein(a), Lp(a)]수평지간적관계。방법대이도선적HbA1C>7%적92례당뇨병환자동시검측HbA1C급Lp(a),령측정60례정상체검자HbA1C급Lp(a)작위대조조,진행상관분석작통계학검사;근거HbA1C수평장승고조분성3조,대Lp(a)진행조간분석,병대Lp(a)여HbA1C진행상관성분석。결과 HbA1C승고조적Lp(a)수평고우정상대조조(P<0.05);조간분석,삼조지간Lp(a)수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),상관분석발현Lp(a)여HbA1C무상관성。결론2형당뇨병혈당공제불가시HbA1C여Lp(a)무상관성, Lp(a)적승고불수HbA1c적영향,시독립우HbA1C지외적일항지표。
Objective Study on the relationship between HbA1C and lipoprotein(a) in patients with type 2 diabetes when poorly blood glucose controlled. Methods The selection of HbA1C > 7% of the 92 diabetes patients were detected by HbA1C and Lp(a),and 60 healthy people were detected as control group.Then the results were statistically analyzed. According to HbA1C level ,the elevated group will be divided into three groups and the Lp(a) was analyzed between groups.Also the correlation between Lp(a) and HbA1C was analyzed. Results Lp(a) levels of HbA1C elevation group are higher than normal control group(P<0.05);Inter-group analysis,There is no significant difference in Lp(a) levels between the three groups(P > 0.05),Correlation analysis showed that Lp(a) was not correlated with HbA1C. Conclusion Lp(a) is not correlated with HbA1C When poor glycemic controlled in type 2 diabetes;Lp(a) is not affected by HbA1C,and is a index independent from HbA1c.
