目的：调查2012年我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用强度。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年1～12月1200例住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用强度及使用品种。结果：我院2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用率为48.56%，使用强度为46.78 DDD，使用强度前5位的品种分别为左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松、头孢硫脒、克拉霉素、头孢呋辛。结论：我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率符合卫生部规定，但抗菌药物使用强度偏高，须加强抗菌药物的使用监督与管理。

목적：조사2012년아원주원환자항균약물적사용강도。방법：회고성분석아원2012년1～12월1200례주원환자항균약물사용솔、사용강도급사용품충。결과：아원2012년주원환자항균약물사용솔위48.56%，사용강도위46.78 DDD，사용강도전5위적품충분별위좌양불사성、두포곡송、두포류미、극랍매소、두포부신。결론：아원주원환자항균약물사용솔부합위생부규정，단항균약물사용강도편고，수가강항균약물적사용감독여관리。
Objective:To investigate the antibiotics use density (AUD)in hospitalized patients in 2012.Methods:The usage of antibacterials, density and varieties(January to December in 2012)in 1200 hospitalized patients was listed and analyzed retrospectively. Results: In 2012 ,the total application rate of antibacterials in hospitalized patients was 48%, and the AUD was 40DDD, the top five of the AUD were levofloxacin, ceftriaxone, cefathiamidine, clarithromycin, cefuroxime. Conclusion :The total application rate of antibacterials in hospitalized patients conform to relevant provisions of the Ministry of health. But the AUD of our hospital is high ,and the antibiotics management should be strengthened.
