目的:研究卵巢癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达与临床病理因素的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学的方法检测67例卵巢癌组织,25例良性卵巢肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中PTEN蛋白的表达。结果在67例卵巢癌组织中有35例为阳性表达,卵巢良性肿瘤有22例阳性表达,正常卵巢组织中均为阳性表达,其间存在显著相关性(P<0.05),PTEN蛋白表达与卵巢癌的的病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移存在显著相关性(P<0.05),而与卵巢癌的组织类型无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白的阳性表达及表达缺失对于评价卵巢癌的恶性程度、转移及预后有显著的临床价值。

목적:연구란소암조직중PTEN단백표체여림상병리인소적관계。방법운용면역조직화학적방법검측67례란소암조직,25례량성란소종류화10례정상란소조직중PTEN단백적표체。결과재67례란소암조직중유35례위양성표체,란소량성종류유22례양성표체,정상란소조직중균위양성표체,기간존재현저상관성(P<0.05),PTEN단백표체여란소암적적병리분급、림상분기화림파결전이존재현저상관성(P<0.05),이여란소암적조직류형무현저상관성(P>0.05)。결론 PTEN단백적양성표체급표체결실대우평개란소암적악성정도、전이급예후유현저적림상개치。
Objective To study the relationship between the PTEN protein expression in ovarian cancer tissue and the clinicopathological factors. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the PTEN protein expression in 67 cases of ovarian cancer tissue, 25 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissue and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results Of the 67 cases of ovarian cancer tissue, 35 cases presented positive expression; 22 cases of benign ovarian tumor presented positive expression;All normal ovarian tissue presented positive expression, with significant correlation between them (P < 0.05). The PTEN protein expression had significant correlation to the pathological grading, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer (P<0.05), but had no significant correlation to the histological pattern of ovarian cancer (P>0.05). Conclusion Positive expression and expression loss of PTEN protein are of significant clinical value for evaluating the malignancy degree, metastasis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
