目的：比较锁定钢板与传统钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法：应用两种方法治疗肱骨近端骨折各26例。结果：两组手术时间无差异（P>0.05），两组术中出血量、愈合时间、治疗效果比较，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：与传统钢板内固定相比，锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效满意。
目的：比較鎖定鋼闆與傳統鋼闆內固定治療肱骨近耑骨摺的臨床效果。方法：應用兩種方法治療肱骨近耑骨摺各26例。結果：兩組手術時間無差異（P>0.05），兩組術中齣血量、愈閤時間、治療效果比較，差異顯著（P<0.05）。結論：與傳統鋼闆內固定相比，鎖定鋼闆治療老年肱骨近耑骨摺療效滿意。
목적：비교쇄정강판여전통강판내고정치료굉골근단골절적림상효과。방법：응용량충방법치료굉골근단골절각26례。결과：량조수술시간무차이（P>0.05），량조술중출혈량、유합시간、치료효과비교，차이현저（P<0.05）。결론：여전통강판내고정상비，쇄정강판치료노년굉골근단골절료효만의。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of the locking plate and the traditional steel plate internal fixation for proximal humeral fractures.Methods:To apply two methods for proximal humeral fractures with 26 cases in each. Results:the difference of the operation time was not significant between the two groups (P>0.05),intraoperative blood loss,healing time and treatment effect were compared between two groups,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:compared with the traditional steel plate internal fixation,locking plate in the treatment of proximal humerus elderly fracture curative effect is satisfied.
