绩效考核是人力资源管理部门的一项重要职能。广西壮族自治区第三人民医院根据医院总体工作部署,由医院人力资源部牵头,制订绩效考核和绩效工资分配制度,除员工基础性工资执行国家统一的标准外,奖励性绩效工资的分配以综合绩效考核为依据,突出质量、效率、效益,注重向优秀人才和关键岗位倾斜,合理拉开收入差距,取得了较好的成效。
