随着社会、经济及民众生活水平的提高，就诊者需求结构和层次也发生着变化，本文作者分别针对就诊者需求的功能性需求、人本性需求和经济性需求，阐述了需求层次的划分及其作用方面的思考。并指出了有待进一步对就诊者需求层次进行评估，以及如何把握或开展超越就诊者需求的医院服务的研究方向。

With the development of social, economic and people’s living, the structure and hierarchy of patient’s needs are changing. In allusion to patient’s functional needs, humanistic needs and economic needs, the author expounds on the thought on patient’s hierarchy of needs and effects. More accurate assess patient’s needs and how to match the needs and provide transcendental service are the topics need to be further researched.
