目的:探索临床护士分层次考核指标,以增强分层考核的客观性、规范性和可操作性。方法:采用关键指标法(KPI)从基本素质、不同层级核心能力、工作业绩及总体评价4部分对临床护士进行全面考评。结果:实施护士分层考核前后护士基本素质、核心能力、工作业绩、总体评价有统计学意义。结论:该方法对临床护士进行了客观、公正、全面考核,有助于调动临床护士的工作积极性。

Objectives:To explore the clinical nurse hierarchical evaluation index, in order to enhance the standard of objectivity, standardize and Maneuverability. Methods:Clinical nurses from different levels of basic quality, core ability, work performance and overall evaluation using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were assessed. Results:There are significant differences in different levels of basic quality, core ability, work performance and overall evaluation before and after the implementation of hierarchical examine.Conclusions:The method can objectively, fairly and comprehensively assess clinical nursesa and help arousing the working enthusiasm of clinical nurses.
