目的:通过观察马来酸桂哌齐特预处理对急性脑缺血大鼠的头颅磁共振波谱( MRS)的影响,探讨该药物的脑保护作用。方法采用随机方法把SD大鼠分为马来酸桂哌齐特预处理组(给药组)和生理盐水预处理组(对照组)分别预处理5 d ,然后以改良线栓法建立大脑中动脉阻塞脑缺血模型;观察术后8h、24h和72h实验大鼠MRS脑缺血侧和对侧相应区域NAA峰值比例( NAA*)和Cho峰值比例( Cho*),比较给药组和对照组在各观察时间点NAA*和Cho*的变化。结果给药组与对照组间,在术后8h、24h和72h实验大鼠MRS二侧NAA峰值比例( NAA*)均P<0.05,给药组NAA*均有升高;二侧Cho峰值比例( Cho*)比较,均P<0.05,给药组Cho*也均有升高( P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特可能具有脑缺血保护作用。

Objective Observe the influence on magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( MRS) of acute cerebral ischemic rats with cinepazide maleate preconditioning ,and study the protective function of the drug .Methods SD rats were randomly divided into cinepazide maleate preconditioning group ( treatment group ) and normal saline preconditioning group ( control group ) , 5 days after preconditioning , ischemic rat models by a modified suture operation of left middle cerebral artery occlusion were established in both groups .At 8 h, 24 h and 72 h post-operation, the NAA peak ratio of ischemia ipsilateral region and contralateral corresponding region ( NAA*) and Cho peak ratio of ischemia ipsilateral region and contralateral corresponding region ( Cho*) were observed and compared.Results At 8 h, 24 h and 72 h post-operation , significant differences of NAA*were found between the two groups, NAA*was significant higher in treatment group (p<0.05); and significant differences of Cho* were found between the two groups , Cho* was also significant higher in treatment group ( p<0.05 ) .Conclusion Cinepazide maleate may have protective function against cerebral ischemia .
